PLAN THE DOWNTIME
Agree on the prerequisites for demolition: approved scope, required approvals, confirmed products and a workable delivery plan. Review how changes would affect both cost and the schedule.
Our general start-to-finish planning range is 6–12 weeks. Design, permits, material lead times and structural work can extend it. Confirm ordering, on-site work and periods without a usable sink or cooking equipment separately for your project.
LOCAL PLANNING
Arlington publishes building-permit information, while Snohomish County provides separate guidance for unincorporated projects. Confirm the authority for the address and describe the proposed changes before selecting the application route.
